Faced with the climate emergency and the alarming degradation of the Congo Basin ecosystems, CREDDA positions itself as a legal shield. Through our Environmental Law Clinic, we defend the fundamental rights of local communities and indigenous peoples, while rigorously advocating for a just ecological transition and accountability for environmental crimes.
