, is the Democratic Republic of Congo country researcher at the University of York on the project Beyond Compliance Consortium “Building Evidence on Promoting Restraint by Armed Actors”, Professor of international environmental & human rights law and Vice-rector in charge of academic/research affairs at the Université Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs (ULPGL/Goma) with experience in conducting research and coordinating data collection in areas affected by fragility, conflict, and violence, most notably in the Eastern part of DRCongo.
